Corporate wellness

Coaching your team can actually use from a phone.

For small companies in tech, health, and better-for-you food. About 200 people or fewer.

Your people may be at home, in another office, on a shift, or in another time zone. An on-site class will not reach most of them. A phone app will.

The problem

On a spread-out team, burnout is easy to miss.

People are at home, in another office, on a shift, or in another time zone. You do not see the week they are having.

An app won't solve that alone. It does put real coaching in people's pockets, on their schedule, and it shows you who's using it.

A tech company, a health company, and a food company run into the same thing. A class in one office will not reach the rest.

What your company gets

For an owner or an HR lead at a small company. About 200 people or fewer. Tech, health, or better-for-you food.

Fewer sick days and more energy at work

Training and food are planned for the week people actually have. The aim is more energy for the workday, and fewer days lost to feeling run down.

A perk people actually use

This is coaching with a person, not a login nobody opens. The plan, the food log, and my feedback are in the Trainerize app on their phone.

Works for remote, hybrid, and in-office teams

People join from a phone. A gym, home, or a hotel room all work. So do shifts and other time zones.

Helps you hire and keep good people

A perk only helps if people can use it. This one does not depend on everyone being in the same building. A new hire can start from a phone.

Real coaching, and the weigh-ins stay private

I coach each person in the app. Weigh-ins are not posted for the team. You see group totals, not each person's weight.

Simple for HR

We run the coaching. You get a short monthly report on who joined and who is active. You do not get individual weigh-ins.

Easy to start with one team

You do not have to roll this out to the whole company. Start with one team. The form is at the bottom of this page. I email a written plan.

Why it matters

Three public numbers. They describe the country. They are not a promise about your team.

47.2%

In 2024, 47.2% of U.S. adults age 18 and older met the federal guideline for aerobic physical activity.

CDC National Center for Health Statistics, Data Brief 555

24.2%

In 2020, 24.2% of U.S. adults age 18 and older met the federal guidelines for both aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening activity.

CDC National Center for Health Statistics, Data Brief 443

31%

In 2025, 31% of U.S. employees were engaged at work.

How the private team challenge works

The weight-loss challenge is opt-in. People join if they want to. Nobody is added for them.

Weigh-ins stay private in the app. Coworkers do not see them. There is no public weigh-in.

You only see group totals. Not each person's weight.

The virtual team challenge is separate. It is a friendly company-wide challenge inside the app. It is not a weigh-in.

Questions

Who can see a person's weight?

Who can join?

People on your team. This is for small companies, about 200 people or fewer, in tech, health, or better-for-you food. It fits remote and hybrid teams, including shifts and other time zones. The weight-loss challenge is opt-in. If your team is mostly in one office, you can still say so on the form.

What do people need?

A phone, and the Trainerize app. Programs are written for a gym, for home, or for a hotel room.
